Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Lord of the Prophets and Messengers Muhammad bin Abdullah, his family, companions, and those who followed them with benevolence until the Day of Judgment.

First, I would like to welcome you to the page of Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences, on the website of University of Saba Region, which was established in 2016 to meet the need of the community for qualified personnel in the fields of administrative and financial sciences.

Although it was set up only recently, it is one of the main pillars of the university and one of its largest faculties in terms of turnout and registration numbers, as it is responsible for at least 35% of the students enrolled in the university. Until the beginning of the current academic year 2019/2020, the number of enrolled students reached (4000) students, distributed across all governorates of the Republic of Yemen. The faculty works to increase the number of students by offering various undergraduate programs (accounting, business administration, marketing, public administration, and banking). We also aspire to introduce new programs in the future, required by the labor market. We also look forward to opening postgraduate programs in the aforementioned disciplines.

Based on this responsibility, the faculty seeks to prepare distinguished graduates armed with knowledge capabilities in the fields of administrative and financial sciences, to contribute effectively to the economic development of Yemen. It also seeks to strengthen and build bridges of cooperation and partnership with public and private sector organizations in building positive links and making scientific contributions in financial, administrative, and academic aspects.

To achieve this, the faculty seeks to attract and maintain academic and research competencies, in a way that ensures that students are equipped with educational skills that qualify them to compete in the workplace. In this context, we also strive to develop the academic faculty programs in accordance with the standards of quality and academic accreditation to obtain - in the near future, God willing - the academic accreditation certificate.

Finally, we assure all our students that we will always be close to them, ready to meet their needs and requirements to overcome all the difficulties they may face in their scientific journey.

Preparing distinguished cadres armed with knowledge capabilities in the fields of administrative and financial sciences, by providing approved educational, research, and training programs according to quality standards that meet the requirements of the labor market, and serving the community, in a way that contributes to the establishment of an effective community partnership.

Objectives

• 2-  Preparing qualified cadres that contribute to meeting the requirements of the labor market and serving the community.
• 3-  Responding to the requirements of academic accreditation standards in order to achieve high-quality outputs.
• 4-  Enhancing students' ethical practices and professional standards in administrative and financial aspects
• 5-  Strengthening community partnership by building positive links and providing scientific contributions in the financial, administrative, and academic aspects.
